Feta Recipe Using Pesto

The feta and pesto recipe ingredients are:
4 ounces of Feta Cheese; 20 cherry tomatoes - slice each tomato in thirds; ¼ cup of Italian Pesto Sauce.
½ pound of Puff Pastry Dough for 20 circles (2 inches in diameter).
Flour, fresh basil, salt and black pepper.
Follow the instructions for your puff pastry dough for baking. Usually preheat the oven to 400F degrees.
Flour a surface and rollout the dough. Use a biscuit cutter or a juice glass to cut out 20 circles. Place the dough circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In the center of each circle spread a little pesto sauce, 3 slices of cherry tomato, and a little feta cheese. Sprinkle a very small amount of salt and black pepper on each circle.
Bake in center of oven for 10 minutes or until the puff pastry is a golden color.
Place on the serving platter and garnish each circle with a leaf of fresh basil. Serve these warm.
