Cheeseball Recipe - Bacon & Nuts!!!

Cheeseball with Bacon and Nuts - This recipe makes two cheeseballs.
8 Ounces of cream cheese softened; 1 teaspoon of poppy seeds, ¼ cup of chopped flat-leaf (Italian) parsley; salt and black pepper to taste; ¾ cup of finely chopped walnuts; 10 stripes of bacon cooked to crisp stage, crumbled; one 2 ounce jar of drained, chopped pimentos; ¼ cup of crumbled blue cheese; ¼ cup of minced scallions; 2 cups of shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese; 2 cups of Sharp Cheddar Cheese; ½ cup of Milk.
Place softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, blend in ½ cup of milk until well blended. Reserve ½ of cooked, crumbled bacon and ½ of chopped walnuts for ball coating and garnish.
Add pimento, scallions, ½ of the crumbled bacon, and ½ of the chopped walnuts to cheese mixture and continue to blend with electric mixer. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Divide cheese mixture in half and roll each half into a round ball. Wrap each ball with plastic wrap to seal in flavor and refrigerate.
On a plate mix remaining bacon, nuts, parsley and poppy seeds. Remove each cheeseball from plastic wrap and roll the ball in the mixture. Rewrap each ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use. Should stay refrigerated at least 12 hours before serving.
