Birthday Meat Dip

The Meat Dip has three meats and is creamy to serve on bruschetta!
INGREDIENTS: ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional); ½ cup of heavy cream; ½ pound of mild Italian sausage (skinned, cooked and crumbled); ½ pound of lean hamburger (cooked and crumbled); ¼ pound of chopped deli ham; two 28 ounce cans of chopped organic tomatoes; one 3 ounce package of pepperoni, finely chopped; 1 cup of chopped yellow onion.
In a large skillet pan on medium to high heat, sauté chopped onion in 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Place chopped deli ham, cooked, crumbled sausage, and cooked, crumbled hamburger in pan with onion. Drain excess water off chopped tomatoes and add to pan.
Cook on low-medium heat until sauce bubbles. Stir in ½ cup of heavy cream and continue to cook until liquid is reduced (about 10 more minutes).
Add salt and pepper to taste. Add optional red pepper flakes. Serve meat mixture in small earthenware bowls with Italian bruschetta (thinly sliced and toasted Italian bread).
